Dispute Resolution
I have maintained a civil trial practice since the early 70's with the bulk of my cases in personal injury. I have always handled both plaintiff and defense cases with about a 25% - 75% ratio respectively. My defense cases came from multiple carriers over the years and at one time I employed 5 attorneys. I am presently out of litigation, finding mediation to be rewarding and now a very necessary part of case resolution due to the problems our courts are having handling their civil trial calendars. Feel free to give us a call should you need any further information. We will provide references from notable lawyers on both sides of the bar, upon request.
